After BREXIT - What next?

In last week’s post, I opine:

[1] Stocks’ downtrend will extend to the end of June 2016.
[2] Gold and Silver will continue their upward trajectory.

The forecasts are vindicated when UK voters choose BREXIT (result known on Fri 24 June 2016). World stocks tumble. DJIA plunges to 17,400 (down 610 points or –3.4%). Gold soars to US$1,315 per ounce (up US$60 or +4.8%).

What will happen thereafter?

Gold
Gold will continue to advance, reaching a peak in early Oct 2016.
Stocks
Stocks will fall a few more days then rebound. Longer term trend on stocks is significantly bullish.

Stocks - Short term
I repeat below the explanation of last post. Moon transits early next week depress stocks.
Sun 26 June 2016
@07:27 [Jupiter Opposition Moon]
Jupiter is the mother of all crises. Jupiter is severely “hit” by Moon.
Bearish influence is generated.
The bearish influence will be manifested on Mon 27 June 2016.

Tue 28 June 2016
@11:45 [Jupiter 150 Moon] or [Jup AT Square Moon]
Jupiter Aft Trojans (Jup AT) are negative asteroids 600 behind Jupiter.
The asteroids are de-stabilized by Moon through a Square (900) angle.

Wed 29 June 2016
@00:13 Uranus Conjunction Moon
@02:36 Ceres Conjunction Moon
Ceres is a “fear” planet. It is strengthened by Uranus and de-stabilized by Moon.
As the aspects occur in early London morning, more pain will be felt in Asian markets.

Stocks - Medium term
There are redeeming features on the (geocentric) Mars-centered Ephemeris.
The bullish aspects (marked by a red circle) are:
29 June 2016 @09:27 Mars(R) Sesquare Sun. Sesquare = 1350.
03 July 2016 @18:48 Mars(R) Sesquare Mercury

There are also redeeming features on the (geocentric) Saturn-centered Ephemeris.
The bullish aspects (marked by a red circle) are:
08 July 2016 @18:41 Saturn Sesquare Venus. Sesquare = 1350
11 July 2016 @21:35 Saturn Sesquare Mercury
17 July 2016 @12:28 Saturn Sesquare Sun

From 29 June 2016 through 17 July 2016, bullish aspects occur in succession, to make bullish Mars active and then make bullish Saturn active.

In addition, the bearish aspect [N Node Conjunction Jupiter] exact on 20 June 2016 is disintegrating in early July 2016.

Stocks will turn positive from Wed 29 June or from Thu 30 June 2016.

Donation

A 4-alarmer fire broke out in Ngau Tau Kok, Hong Kong.

Mr. Thomas Cheung (fire fighting officer) lost his life on Tuesday 21 June 2016 while on duty, leaving behind his young wife and a 4-month old baby.

I shall be most grateful if you would donate generously for the tragedy.  Mr. Cheung was graduated in the same middle school like me.

Donations can be made at HSBC, Wing Lung Bank, or Bank of East Asia, with account numbers printed on the paper cutting (attached).

My heart-felt thanks.

Bullish on Gold and Silver

Stocks and Precious metals go their separate ways.

On Wed 15 June 2016 I turn bearish and outline the root cause for Stocks to decline which is the result of heavy stress by 2 Giant Outer planets on Jup AT (Jup AT = Jupiter Fore Trojans. Jup AT are negative asteroids 600 behind Jupiter). The downtrend is projected to extend to the end of June 2016.

The more negative days are created by Moon transits towards the end of the month.
Bearish Moon transits are

On the other hand, Gold and Silver continue their upwards trajectory because of (a) effective Insulation of bearish Jupiter and (b) strong bullish Mars and Saturn. For detailed analysis, please read my prediction published on 21 May 2016 “Hyper inflation arrives”.

When Jupiter After Trojans (in present case) are heavily stressed (sharply bearish on stocks), the presence of a strong Mars (plus a weak Jupiter) often creates a rally in Precious metals. This explains why Stocks tumble while Precious metals shine in the past week.

The bullish configurations (for Gold & Silver) presented to readers earlier are re-produced below:

Concurrently (from early June to early July 2016), Mars is also heavily stressed by 2 Giant Outer planets:

This is a bullish Mars 135D Triangle:
Uranus.Mars.Saturn = 1350.

The 2 Giant Outer planets are Uranus and Saturn. They exert pulls on Mars through an angle of 1350. Their pulls are powerful.

The bullish Mars Triangle lasts about 2 more weeks.

After this, more bullish configurations come up one by one. Precious metals (Gold and Silver) will soar, reaching tops in end Sep or early Oct 2016.

Bearish on Dow

The fall of the Dow on Monday (13 June) and Tuesday (14 June) has convinced me that negative forces have the upper hand over positive influence. The Dow will rise to 22,000 in end Sep 2016, but for the time being, it should fall from now (a few days earlier than expected) to end June 2016. My forecast last week is that the Dow should pull back in the last 10 days of June 2016.

One is easily deluded by the Saturn-centered Ephemeris below:

The positive features: 2 neutral Giant Outer planets (Uranus and Neptune) are at “hard” angles to bullish planet Saturn (which is also a Giant planet) as marked on the Ephemeris:

        Uranus 135 Saturn
        Neptune 90 Saturn

In the absence of negative influence, these features (enclosed by a Red Rectangle) are super-bullish for stocks.

But why is the bearish (negative) forecast?

The key to changing a bullish (positive) scenario to a bearish (negative) one lies on the positions of Neptune and Saturn as viewed from the Sun (i.e. their heliocentric positions).

Solar Chart 2016-06-13 discloses 2 bearish aspects. We can ignore the minor differences because there are allowable aspect orbs of 20 – If the aspects deviate from exactitude by less than 20, we treat them as exact aspects.

Bear #1A
[Jup AT Sesquare Neptune].  Sesquare = 1350.

Bear #1B
[Saturn Sesquare Jup AT]

Jupiter Aft Trojans (Jup AT, 600 behind planet Jupiter) are negative asteroids. These negative asteroids are heavily stressed by 2 Giant planets (Neptune and Saturn).

Jup AT are heavily afflicted by 2 Giant planets. When Jup AT are further de-stabilized, stocks plunge.

It will be remembered that, as viewed from the Earth (on Saturn-centered Ephemeris), [Neptune Square Saturn] is a major positive aspect. Now Neptune and Saturn (bullish planets) surreptitiously perform bearish functions by afflicting Jup AT.  The bullish influence is compromised by heavily agitated bearish Jup AT.

There are more bearish features, as depicted on the Jupiter-centered Ephemeris

Bear #2
20 June 2016 [N Node Conjunction Jupiter]

Bear #3
23 June 2016 [Uranus Conjunction Ceres].

Bear #1A, Bear #1B, Bear #2 and Bear #3 should overpower any bullish influence, and create a dent in the Dow (bearish to end June 2016).

The negative impact of these bearish features will be mild on Precious metals.

Long term forecast

The closing prices on Fri 10 June 2016 are:

As discussed, precious metals out-perform stocks, and Silver out-performs Gold.

On 21 Jan 1980 Silver price peak is US$52 per troy ounce (intra-day). On 28 Apr 2011 Silver peaks at US$49. It is not unrealistic to expect Silver in current bullish phase to double (to US$35 per ounce within 4 months).

For explanation of the very bullish situation for precious metals, please re-read my previous posts, in particular the post (for hyper-inflation) dated 21 May 2016.

I am positive in the next week.

DJIA and Precious metals will continue to advance, though I expect some pull-back in the last 10 days of June 2016, which I’ll explain.

Silver - restless metal

My computer broke down, thus the delay of this post.

DJIA falls slightly on Fri 03 June 2016. But Precious metals (Gold and Silver) both soar 2.7%.  The spectacular rise in Precious metals deserves an explanation.

The rally is clearly written on the Saturn-centered Ephemeris presented to readers last week, and it is reproduced here.
From early June 2016 Neptune moves to 900 in front of Saturn. This is an inflationary aspect [Neptune Square Saturn]. The planets moves slowly and it requires stimulation (goading or spurring) to bring out its bullish force. Stimulation is achieved when fast Sun moves to the exact Opposition point (1800) of Saturn. Precious metals jump.

[Neptune Square Saturn] is effective through early Oct 2016 (4 months, enclosed by a red rectangle on the Ephemeris above). The rise of precious metals is therefore just starting. There is plenty more scope to rise in these 4 long months.

During high inflation, Silver out-performs Gold. Two weeks ago, we explain the root cause of hyper-inflation. Using Gold as illustration, 2 periods are discussed:

[A] World War I Hyperinflation (1915-1917), and
[B] Post (Arab-Israel) Yom Kippur War Inflation (1973-1974).

A long term Silver Chart for these 2 periods is appended.

A comparison is made of Gold v. Silver to see Silver performs much better than Gold.

To protect against the deleterious effect of high inflation, investors should opt for Silver, &/or Silver related stocks.
